1. Definitions
In these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC), the following terms are defined as follows:
- "RIVIERA SEINE" : Société par actions simplifiée COTE SEINE, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 905 296 257, with its registered office at Port de Suffren, 75007 Paris.
- "Client" : Any individual or legal entity making a reservation, order, rental, purchase, payment, or consuming a service provided by RIVIERA SEINE.
- "Service(s)" : All private cruises and ancillary services offered by RIVIERA SEINE.
Purpose and Scope
These GTC govern the reservation and execution of private cruises and associated services provided by RIVIERA SEINE. They take precedence over any other document, including the Client’s general terms of purchase. Any reservation implies the Client's unconditional acceptance of these GTC
3. Reservation and Payment
3.1 General Conditions
- 3.1.1 Reservations are mandatory for all private cruises.
- 3.1.2 A reservation becomes final upon receipt of 100% of the total amount including tax.
- 3.1.3 The maximum capacity of the boats is 12 passengers. The number of passengers must be specified at the time of reservation.
- 3.1.4 Persons with reduced mobility should inquire about accessibility before making a reservation.
- 3.1.5 Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes, and may be modified in the event of tax changes.
- 3.1.6 Payment is made by credit card at the time of booking via a payment link sent by the Service Provider. It may also be made by bank transfer upon presentation of an invoice sent by the Service Provider. The Client must provide proof of the bank transfer.
4. Cancellation and Postponement
4.1 Cancellation by the Client
- Up to 30 days before the service: 50% of the amount is charged.•
- From 29 to 9 days before: 80% of the amount is charged.•
- Less than 8 days before: 100% of the amount is charged
4.2 Cancellation by RIVIERA SEINE
In the event of cancellation by RIVIERA SEINE due to force majeure or any other imperative reason, an equivalent service will be offered, or failing that, a refund will be provided without any additional compensation.
4.3 Postponement
- 4.3.1 If the postponement request comes from the Client, RIVIERA SEINE will make its best efforts to find an alternative date, but without guarantee of success.
- 4.3.2 If RIVIERA SEINE decides to postpone, the Client will be informed and may either accept or cancel without charge.
5. Complaints
Complaints must be submitted by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt within 15 days following the service. Any complaint requires on-site reporting during the service. reporting during the service.
6. Cruise Execution
6.1 Obligations of RIVIERA SEINE
- 6.1.1 A cruise includes a minimum of 45 minutes of navigation.
- 6.1.2 RIVIERA SEINE may modify or cancel a cruise without notice in case of bad weather, flooding, mechanical incidents, or any cause endangering passenger safety.
6.2 Obligations of the Client
- 6.2.1 Clients must arrive 30 minutes before departure. Any delay will result in a reduction of the cruise duration.
- 6.2.2 RIVIERA SEINE may refuse boarding to any person under the influence of alcohol or disturbing the smooth operation of the cruise.
- 6.2.3 Compliance with safety instructions on board is mandatory.
- 6.2.4 The interior spaces of the boats are non-smoking.
- 6.2.5 Children under 30 kg must wear a life jacket
7. Responsibilities
- 7.1 RIVIERA SEINE is not responsible for modifications or cancellations due to navigation conditions or force majeure
- 7.2 RIVIERA SEINE is not responsible for theft or damage to passengers’ personal belongings
- 7.3 Any damage to onboard equipment caused by the Client will be charged to them.
8. . External Service Providers
- Clients wishing to use an external service provider must inform RIVIERA SEINE at least 8 days before the service
- RIVIERA SEINE may refuse a non-accredited service provider.
- The Client remains solely responsible for the services provided by their external providers.
9. Personal Data
Collected data is used for managing reservations and executing services. It may be shared with partners necessary for service execution. In accordance with applicable regulations, the Client may exercise their rights to access, modify, and delete their data by contacting rgpd@vedettesdeparis.com
10. Disputes
Any dispute will be subject to French law and the jurisdiction of the Paris Commercial Court
